How missions work

5missions per week
2swaps per week
7days until the reset

Open Activities → Weekly Missions. Each row shows the objective, your progress and the reward in DTR Coin.

Resets in shows the time until the reset and, next to it, the swaps you have left. Each row has the difficulty (Easy, Medium, Hard), progress, the reward in DTR Coin and the swap button. The green row is complete and shows the claim button. Click to enlarge.

Missions are drawn for each player from objectives they are able to complete, and they change every week: races, podiums, crates, parts, Collection, activities and more. Progress counts on its own from the reset; you don't need to accept a mission.

When missions change

The week resets every Monday at midnight UTC. The panel shows the time left until the reset.

At the reset, the whole list is replaced. Progress from the previous week is cleared and any rewards you didn't claim are lost.

Claiming the reward

A completed mission doesn't pay out on its own: use the claim button on its row. The reward is in-game DTR Coin, which goes to your Inventory and pays for Plincar, the Mascot Machine and TrackCards.

The first coin needs a free slot in your Inventory. If it is full, the mission stays ready to claim until the weekly reset.

Mission rewards have a fixed value: they don't receive Mastery or mascot bonuses.

Swapping a mission

You can swap up to 2 missions per week. A swap only works on a mission that isn't complete yet and asks for confirmation.

  • The new mission is drawn from the objectives that aren't on your list.
  • It can come at any difficulty, with that difficulty's reward.
  • Progress on the swapped mission is lost.

What counts toward progress

  • Races with presence. Only races run with the game open and connected count.
  • TrackCards. Copies earned in League championships count; copies bought with DTR Coin don't.
  • Driving Mode. Races in Driving Mode don't count, but the automatic race that keeps running in the background counts as usual.

Mission alerts

Your mascot lets you know in its speech bubble when a new week arrives, when a completed mission is waiting to be claimed and when ready rewards expire within 24 hours. Clicking the bubble opens Weekly Missions. See the other mascot alerts.

A gold badge on the Activities icon and on the Weekly Missions card shows how many missions are ready to claim.
